Mr. Tamayo’s practice has focused on civil litigation, including insurance defense, premise liability, dram shop, and trucking litigation. Mr. Tamayo has experience in all facets of civil litigation, including case management, pleading, motions, and discovery practice. Mr. Tamayo has also worked on appeals to the 13th Court of Appeals and the US 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
