Douglas DuBois represents companies and individuals in a wide variety of matters involving commercial and business litigation, insurance coverage and extra contractual litigation, premises liability, products liability, trucking, and negligence. As part of this work, he maintains an active presence in state and federal court.
Doug began his practice of law with a well-respected litigation firm in Houston, Texas where, as an active trial team member, he represented a diverse client base in matters involving insurance coverage and defense, commercial litigation, personal injury, negligence and admiralty and maritime law. He has also served as corporate counsel for one of the country’s leading insurance companies where he managed and played an active role in defending the company and policyholders in complex tort, coverage and bad faith litigation in various jurisdictions throughout the country.
